Elder is in consultation with Colchester City Council as well as other stakeholders to bring forward plans for a site east of North Station Road. The brownfield site is currently home to two vacant 1970s office blocks which will be redeveloped as part of the proposal. The new plans will create 380 apartments, a cafe and riverside courtyard with views of the river.
