Elder acquired the freehold property with vacant possession, identifying the opportunity to reposition an underused mixed-use building in North Kensington through a comprehensive residential-led refurbishment.

Since acquisition, we have led the project through planning, design development, procurement and construction, working with our professional and delivery partners to restore and enhance the existing building while creating four high-quality residential homes.

Planning permission was secured from the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea for the conversion and extension of the property, bringing a building that had fallen into disrepair back into productive residential use.

Elder has led the development through delivery and will oversee completion, letting and stabilisation of the asset, creating a long-term residential investment in a prime London location.
