Elder is in consultation with Reading Borough Council as well as other stakeholders to bring forward plans for the first co-living scheme in the town. The allocated site is on Greyfriars Road, near to the train station and next to the urban living quarter at Station Hill. Elder are proposing 250 rooms, with on-site affordable, and shared amenity spaces including a rooftop garden and terrace.
