Change of use of a commercial and residential freehold building set within a mixed-use parade, located in North Kensington, within the London Borough of Kensington & Chelsea.

Built in the late 1800s, planning consent for the use of the ground floor as a retail shop was originally approved in 1952. The building had been in the same family for more than 70 years. The building was sold with vacant possession and had fallen into a state of disrepair.

Our proposals for a new residential apartment scheme were granted approval by RBKC in December 2022. The building will be returned to residential use.
