Change of use of a mixed-use freehold building within a traditional parade in North Kensington, within the London Borough of Kensington & Chelsea.
Originally constructed in the late 1800s, planning consent for the ground floor retail use was granted in 1952. The building had remained in the same family ownership for more than 70 years before being sold with vacant possession, by which time it had fallen into a state of disrepair.

Proposals for the building’s conversion to residential use were approved by the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea in December 2022. The scheme will bring the property back into residential use and provide a considered new chapter for the building.
